1. Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date (or 14 days for EU/UK customers to comply with distance selling regulations).
The return period starts the day the order is delivered (or the last item of a multi-item order is delivered).
2. Eligibility for Return
Items must be:
Unused, unopened (where applicable), and in the same condition as received
In original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation
Not marked as “Final Sale,” “Non-Returnable,” or personalized/custom-made
The following are non-returnable:
Underwear, swimwear, earrings, and intimate items (hygiene reasons)
Perishable goods, digital downloads, gift cards

3. Refund Options

Store credit (at our discretion or if you select this option — often with a bonus)
Exchange for the same item (different size/color) when available
4. Refund Exclusions

1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, intimate apparel (including but not limited to lingerie sets, briefs, thongs, panties, bodysuits, hosiery, stockings, and any items that come into direct contact with intimate areas), swimwear, and costumes/accessories worn close to the body are final sale and non-returnable/non-exchangeable unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
Eligible non-intimate items (e.g., certain dresses, corsets, robes, accessories, or outerwear) may qualify for return or exchange.
2. Quality Guarantee & Limited Warranty
Passioncove.store guarantees that all products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the description (e.g., wrong size/color, missing parts), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund (including original shipping costs in cases of our error).
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care (e.g., incorrect washing), accidental damage, or alterations made by the customer.
3. Return & Refund Process

We will provide a Return Authorization (if approved) and instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable method (return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as wrong item shipped or damage in transit).
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Store credit may be offered as an alternative in some cases.
4. Exclusions
Final sale items (including all intimate apparel, swimwear, and clearance/sale items) are non-returnable except for defects.
Personalized or custom items are non-returnable.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns unless a tracking number is provided.
